~ Email was missed/lost
Please contact us if you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours of sending your email order!

INVOICES NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INVOICE BEING SENT WILL BE CANCELLED! 
If you want a new invoice sent there will be a $5 fee!

~ Once packages are handed over to Canada Post we are no longer responsible for them!  If they do not arrive we will put a claim in for you, and if Canada Post refunds lost/damaged packages we will refund your order (money is sent to us from them)!
