REASONS YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE:
~ What you ordered is no longer available
~ Your invoice went to another area in your email, so please be sure to check all folders, or safelist PayPal and our TheaartszSales@gmail.com email
~ Email was missed/lost
Please contact us if you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours of sending your email order!

INVOICES NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE INVOICE BEING SENT WILL BE CANCELLED! 
Cancelled invoices will not be reissued!

We do not ship to the EU

~ If you are ordering from the Store or Overstock sales as well, add any items you would like to that email! 
~ If an item you selected sells out before your invoice is created it will not be included!
~ If an item you selected sells out before you pay it will be deleted off your invoice! If it is not caught in time, you will be refunded the difference, and remaining items will be sent to you!
~ Shipping costs are based on weight/location! Click here for shipping prices! Please state in the your email order if you need a shipping price quote before an invoice is created!
~ Once packages are handed over to Canada Post we are no longer responsible for them!  If they do not arrive we will put a claim in for you, and if Canada Post refunds lost/damaged packages we will refund your order (money is sent to us from them)!
~ If you purchase more than one item, you will receive a $1 discount per item (unless otherwise stated)!
~ We now offer $5 items as add ons to orders!

NOTE:
Please allow up to two weeks for your package to be mailed out!  We do not leave home often (due to health issues) and Canada Post charges for each pick up!  We will wait until enough are accumulated to order a pick up, or I (Thea's mom) go out and can drop off to Canada Post!
