Payment/Invoicing Update

New rules are being applied to payment/invoicing…

Now that we are doing sales through email we have the ability to respond to orders letting it be known an invoice is sent and there is a 24 hour time limit. There should be no problem with receiving that email since communication was started by the orderer.

Aside from that reminder, if not paid promptly, one reminder will be sent via PayPal and also through the opened email communication. From there no other reminders will be sent!

If you do not pay within the 24 hours, and wish to have a new invoice sent, there will be a $5 charge added to the new invoice.

If a person continues to place orders and continues to not pay they will be banned from buying permanently.

If you receive your invoice and it is more than you expected – this can be avoided by looking at she shipping prices and calculating weights but please note the bigger the packaging required the heavier it will be (above the amount suggested to add on). You can find shipping information here.

If you would like a quote, without being invoiced, please state that in your email.

Once an order comes in we now package it for most accurate shipping price as it goes by weight for the most part. We do not seal it until payment is made. Between creating an invoice and putting the order together, that is time consuming and with our physical disabilities it takes energy and can invoke pain as well, so please be sure to pay so it will not be time and energy used in vain.
